Example Job Roles:

• Property Sales Consultant - A largely office based role, dealing with all day to day agency tasks, booking appointments and speaking to clients, applicants & professional contacts. Involves some out of office viewing and marketing aspects.

• Property Sales Manager - Carrying out a full sales consultancy role whilst also being responsible for day to day running of the office and management of some staff.

• Trainee Lister - As above but with scope for career development and training to represent the company and win new client business.

• Property Lister / Appraiser - A largely appointment based role concentrating on generating business, meeting clients and representing the company at a variety of different levels. Also involves office based sales consultancy elements.
